"Bought the SIMMs Flyweight Vibram sole for a week long trip to Alaska salmon fishing. I loved how light they were and just as durable as my previous models. My favorite SIMMS boot so far! Please maintain the solid quality in this model SIMMS!"
"I wore these boots every day for a week of fishing at the Rainbow River Lodge in Alaska. They were incredibly comfortable in the boat, wading and walking around. The traction was exceptional and they dried quickly. NO doubt they contributed to the exceptional fishing I had :) thanks for a superlative product! Dr Trout"
"I’ve had a lot of wading boots over the last 34 years being a fishing guide. This pair is my favorite by far! They have plenty of room in the toes and feel like I’m wearing my bird hunting boots but lighter. I have to double knot the new kind of laces to keep them from coming undone but the new laces seem like they are going to last a long time. They are so comfortable and have a lot of support. I stood on my pyramid anchor and could not feel the edge of it through the boot. I only catch and release but these are keepers! They also keep almost all the sand out when wading so you do not have to rinse the sand out daily when done fishing. I wear a size 10 shoe and ordered the size 11 boot."
"I had the previous Flyweights and they were good, but these are way more comfortable! Nice job!"
"Paired this boot with the Korker’s neoprene socks sz M. Recently did 5 days in the Sierras hiking and fly fishing to test these out. Freestone water and lots of big smooth boulders. Spent a lot of time in the water and hiking, and have to say these are incredible boots. We’ll see how long they hold up, but they grip fantastic on dry boulders, slip around a bit on wet slimy bottom rock as one would expect are super lightweight, drain very well and are super comfortable. Wanted to keep wearing them around camp after fishing. They also dry out fairly quickly. Pretty impressed so far."
"Such great boots. Well made. Comforting to the feet and walk on the river bed."
"I bought a pair for my son and I to hike into the backcountry and fly fish. These are both a good hiking and wading boot."
"I took these boots fly fishing in Alaska for Coho salmon. Best boots I have ever owned. They were super comfortable for long hikes and long days on the water and looked great as well!!"
"High Quality and fit"
"I owned the previous version of this boot. It was comfortable as hell but quickly began to fall apart. This version is much more durable while maintaining excellent comfort and light weight. I've worn them a bunch of times in both salt- and freshwater with virtually no wear and tear showing. Very satisfied."
