"I wear this in the Rocky Mountains. From 0-50 degrees and it’s outstanding in light rain and snow. It is better for colder fall/early spring months. Initially I was looking to replace a wind breaker and got more than expected, but that is ok, temps here change hourly anyway. For a lightweight jacket it does a great job!"
"Decently warm, fits well and is comfortable with the stretch. I purchased it a few months ago and worn it handful of times. Both sleeves where the fleece is hemmed at the cuff is coming undone to the point where my fingers get caught when putting it on. Kinda disappointing being relatively new and having the sleeves fail."
"Good upgrades from the original such as adjustable hood and I much prefer the chest pockets on the exterior. No need to unzip and let all of the warmth out to get your phone or fly box. XXL true to size. Very comfortable."
"I really liked my original Fall Run jacket, so when Simms released the new Hybrid version I had to give it a try—and it absolutely takes things to the next level. The Hybrid keeps everything I loved about the original while adding noticeable improvements in comfort, mobility, and warmth where you actually need it. It’s become one of my go-to jackets for cooler days on the water and around town. The fit is dialed, the hood works great in wind, and it layers perfectly without feeling bulky. You can tell it was designed with anglers in mind, but it doesn’t scream “technical” when you wear it off the boat either. Overall, this is a serious upgrade from an already great jacket. If you liked the original Fall Run, the Hybrid is absolutely worth checking out."

"I love the pocket layout. The chest pockets are bid enough to hold my IPhone and my wallet on each side. The side pockets are very roomy as well. Love the stretch fleece on the sleeves and side panels as they allow more freedom of movement when casting. The hood is always at the ready if needed for extra warmth or light rain protection."
"The jacket is fine. I was looking to replace to 22 year old blue fleece windstopper. Unfortunately it’s not made anymore. I thought this one would be a lot heavier for winter wear. It is suitable for 38 to the forties. I was looking for something comfortable in the 20’s to teens. I have an REI which is the same weight but without a hood. Btw the hood could use string for a tighter fit."
"Nice mid-weight for moderate cold conditions. Fit is pretty good but with Simms would make larger sizes (XXL)with more should room but smaller waist/stomach."
