If your SIMMS product fails due to excessive wear, accidents involving barbed wire or campfires, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time, SIMMS will make every effort to repair your gear for a reasonable fee.

If purchased directly from Simms, please visit the repair and warranty page at https://www.simmsfishing.com/pages/repairs to start your claim. You are responsible for charges related to shipping the wader to Simms. Simms will cover return shipping of the wader to you.
If purchased from an authorized Simms dealer in North America, you may return your waders to that dealer for assistance in creating a warranty claim. You must provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase to the authorized dealer.
If purchased outside the US and Canada, please consult the dealer where your product was purchased to confirm international warranty terms in your territory.
If your wader needs repair after your first year, Simms charges a flat fee of $60 for evaluation, repair, testing of repairs and return shipping back to you. To initiate a repair, please use the Simms Online Repair Center or you may contact the authorized Simms Dealer where your wader was purchased to send the waders to Simms.

Turnaround time for any repair or warranty claim can vary based on volume and season. Typical turnaround is roughly 3 weeks, not including transit time to and from Simms.

If you feel that your Simms product needs to be evaluated for a repair or warranty issue, please fill out the form below. Attaching photos may also help our Repair Technicians in the evaluation process.
Defective or damaged products must be returned to Simms for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Once we have completed our evaluation you will receive an email update. Item(s) will be considered abandoned and returned after 60 days from the last contact with you.
Items must arrive to Simms in a serviceable condition. Please make sure your item (s) are clean and dry and you have removed all personal items and accessories. Simms will return your product unrepaired if it arrives in unserviceable condition.
Simms is not responsible for lost items. Please empty all pockets and remove any accessories such as fly boxes, retractors, belts, cleats, or fly patches.
International returns or warranty: Simms Fishing Products has distributors across the globe. If you encounter an issue with product purchased outside the US or Canada, please consult the dealer where your product was originally purchased.
Please note, it is REQUIRED to have a Repairs Case Number, prior to shipment to Simms. Please ensure your package has your Case Number clearly written on the outside of the box. We recommend insuring your package and obtaining a tracking number. To create a Repairs Case Number, please begin your return by filling out the form below.
